1. Learning about art forgery is fascinating. Not only does it mean that one spends hours falling down the rabbit hole of Wikipedia,one also gets to read up on the FBI's Art Theft division1 and Interpol and the FATF.2 (Technically the FATF has nothing to do with art theft. So here's the thing: I'm doing a major rewrite on an Inception story right now, and there's this 5k word fragment1 of a White Collar heist fic sitting next to it in my Works in Progress folder, and I keep opening it up and thinking, "Damn, I really like this story."
